Delivery was on time within three weeks of the order. Was unpacked and installed by delivery folks, who could not speak English so we used a phone app to translate. One word of caution is the back covering is not real leather and slightly tore in a corner while the installers pushed it against our textured painted wall, it won't show but could have been worse if we had not stopped them. There are several legs that hold up the sectional half of them are black and the other half brown would have been nice to have them all the same color. The Sectional is very heavy and can be difficult to move for one person. We received no manual with the sectional unless it was discarded with the many boxes the deliver guys took back with them. All in All we love the color, comfort and softness of the leather. Appears to be built well and we hope it will hold up for many years.
Was concerned about purchasing a sofa sight unseen. The quality, color, comfort are great. So glad I took a chance. It was everything I wanted.
For having never seen this line of furniture, I hit the jackpot. They are just the style I expected, very comfortable and the color is perfect. My dog even approves. I have the pictures to prove it!
The first week we had an issue with a missing bolt in the recliner which turned into the recliner needing repair, next I found a deep scratch in the leather and it’s not from misuse on our end. Very upset and disappointed.
Bought this a month or so ago. Easy process. Easy delivery. Very nice quality. Comfortable. Love the taupe color...could not find it anywhere else. Would buy again for sure.
