How much time does your return policy cover?

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items sold in our limited deal collection have a 7 day return policy. 

 

What does your return & refund policy cover?

All items can be returned or exchanged EXCEPT our Custom Color and Custom Made Furniture. 

 

Can I cancel a Custom Made Furniture order?

If you would like to cancel your custom furniture order, time is of the essence. Once we have begun making your custom order we are unable to cancel it. All Custom Made Furniture orders may be canceled within 3 business days, after which they cannot be canceled. 

 

How many returns do I get?

Our refund policy only covers one return or exchange. Subsequent returns or exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. On the rare occasion that a faulty item is delivered, returns and exchanges are free. 

 

I just got my furniture, I want to return it for a Custom Made Furniture

If you would like to return your furniture for a custom color item, we must be notified within 30 days of delivery. Once we are notified, we will immediately start a return. Once the item has been inspected and returned, we will process an exchange for your desired color. 

 

When will I get my refund?

Your refund will be processed after inspection of the returned product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.

 

How do I get a return or refund?

To start a return, please contact us by Live Chat, Phone or Email. Our contact information can be found at the bottom of this page. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Partial Refunds

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are partially refunded.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges 

In the rare occasion that your order arrives defective or damaged please contact us immediately. We will send a furniture medic to assess and correct the defect. If our furniture medic is unable to restore the furniture we will send out a replacement. 

 

Shipping 

To return your product, please contact here and we will arrange a pick up.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
