Shipping Policy
Hydeline offers free standard shipping to delivery addresses within the contiguous United States (selected areas apply). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. Estimated arrival time is generally 3–5 weeks from the date the order is placed.
For made-to-order products, estimated arrival time is generally 14–16 weeks.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
White Glove Delivery Service
Hydeline provides premium White Glove delivery service, which includes:

Delivery by two or more trained professionals
-
Placement in the room of your choice
-
Unpacking and light assembly
-
Removal of packaging materials upon request
Once your shipment arrives at the local delivery terminal, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery.
Delivery Inspection Requirements
Upon delivery, customers are responsible for:

Verifying that the number of cartons matches the bill of lading before signing

Inspecting all cartons for visible damage (dents, holes, rips, tears, etc.)

Noting any damage clearly on the bill of lading prior to signing
Failure to document visible damage at the time of delivery may result in the damage being considered post-delivery and the responsibility of the purchaser.
Missed Delivery Appointments
If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time and the carrier must return with the shipment, additional delivery fees may apply.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in:

Redelivery fees
-
Storage fees
-
Return shipping charges
Hydeline reserves the right to deduct applicable freight, storage, and handling costs from any eligible refund if delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability.
Additional Delivery Conditions & Service Fees
While uncommon, certain delivery environments may require additional resources to safely complete delivery, including but not limited to:

Navigating stairs or floor level changes

Deliveries above ground level without elevator access

Long carries from the delivery vehicle
-
Tight hallways, staircases, or restricted entry
-
Situations requiring additional delivery personnel
Because these conditions cannot always be identified prior to dispatch, additional service fees may apply if encountered at the time of delivery.
If additional services are required, the customer will be notified before delivery is completed. Payment of applicable service fees must be made before delivery can proceed.
Hydeline reserves the right to refuse delivery services that are deemed unsafe or inaccessible by the delivery team.
Storage & Delivery Hold Requests
If a customer requests that an order be held after it has arrived at the local delivery terminal, or if delivery cannot be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe, storage fees may be assessed by the carrier.
Storage fees assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer. Hydeline may, at its sole discretion, elect to cover a limited portion of such fees.
If storage fees remain unpaid or delivery arrangements cannot be completed, the shipment may be returned to sender. In such cases, applicable freight, storage, and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Remote or Limited Access Locations
Certain remote, rural, or urban areas with restricted access may incur additional shipping or service charges.
